Bio: Michael is a Sports Therapist, who joined the Function Jigsaw team in July 2018, having graduated with an Undergraduate degree in Sports and Exercise Therapy (BSc Hons) from Leeds Beckett University in 2016. Michael went on to study an MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine (2017), whilst gaining a breadth of experience and working with a variety of athletes at Bradford City AFC, Peak Performance Centre, Peterborough United FC, Leeds Rhinos RFC and Harrogate RFC. Michael continues to develop quickly and is keen to continue his journey as a Sports Therapist. Playing Tennis at a competitive level and passionate about gym conditioning has enabled him to understand injuries with his sport and thus promotes prehabilitation and injury prevention by undertaking thorough muscle activation and mobility sessions before playing.
